My name is Lionel Padayachee and I have a 13 year old daughter, Pravashnee,  she needs the help of all South Africans. My baby has a serious heart condition and has been suffering with this for the past 3 years. After flying up and down to Pretoria and Johannesburg to see specialists that were obviously refered to us, we did not have much joy, however there is a surgeon based in Germany that handles this kind of things.
